Keith,
We have resolved our conflicts with the franchise utility companies. Please reference the e-mail below for
the gas line crossings. For the TNMP crossings, we are going to place a concrete cap over the conduits with red
dye in the concrete. Please reference the attached exhibit for the detail. Mr. Donnie Brown with Texas-New
Mexico has agreed to the detail. There are three locations where the concrete cap will take place - At the Plaza
BlvdlSH121 intersection, Plaza BIvd/Highland Ddve intersection, Plaza Bldg I driveway connection and the
townhomes emergency entrance connection (Sicily Way / Highland Drive). Please let me know if you have any
questions or comments.
Thanks,
Casey Ross

SubJect: Cover for existing gas mains
Casey,
Per our conversation today on site at The Plaza Town homes on 121 in Lewisville. Atmos Energy is accepting of
the new drive crossings of our existing pipe along 121 and also on Highland. As long as the top of curb to pipe
depths are maintained over 2 feet from the top of curb and a minimum 6-inch separation is maintained between
the lime sub grade and the gas pipe.
Thank you for contacting us in advance of the work. If I can be any further assistance please don't hesitate to
call.
