A pre-construction conference on the referenced project has been tentatively scheduled
for Friday, August 12, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room in Town
Center at 255 Parkway Blvd. pending receipt of perrnit forms and the associated fees. If
the required items are not received, the meeting will be postponed until such time as all
information is received and verified.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab
and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative present. If you
have any questions concerning this project prior to the scheduled meeting, feel free to

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner / owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre-construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner / owner representative's responsibility to notify the following.
parties:
Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
· Geotechnical firm
· Project Engineer
· Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
· SWPPP representative
