We completed our review of plans pertaining to this operation, however, no permit has been issued allowing the work to proceed. Accompanying this letter is a Floodplain Development permit form and an Early Grading permit form. Both must be filled out and signed with the appropriate fee remitted for the grading work to be done. The fee is calculated at 2% of the contract total. Please attach a copy of the contract to the permit application for verification purposes. Once these have been received, a pre-construction conference will be set up. All unauthorized work must cease until such time as the permits and fees have been received along with an NOI (Notice of Intent) for the project.
