Dear Mr. Holmes:
The City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance requires that Record Drawings, sealed by the
project engineer, be submitted to the City of Coppell Engineering Department when the public
improvement portion of a project is deemed substantially complete.
Since 21 February 2005, four requests have been made to Hennessey Engineering for a revised
Record Drawing submittal. To date, we have yet to receive the mylar and black line drawings
and electronic drawing files on CD for the Saint Andrews Estates Addition which are required
prior to final acceptance by the Engineering Department.
If this department is not in receipt of an acceptable Record Drawing submittal for the Saint
Andrews Estates Addition by 26 August 2005, a request will be made to the Building
Inspections Department of the City of Coppell to suspend the approval of any further building
permits for the Saint Andrews Estates Addition until the requirement for Record Drawing
submittal has been met.
