Re: Job Warranty Period at Creekview Development
This letter addresses the issue of the wall at Creekview and Freeport
Parkway regarding the surface scratches to the wall and the concern for possible
repairs at some time in the future. As we discussed some time ago the City of
Coppell will allow this minor damage to remain unrepaired at this time, however we
understand that the City of Coppell will monitor this wall for signs of additional
damage for the next two years. If structural failures occur during this time, repairs
will need to be made. SBC is willing to make good those repairs if required by the
City of Coppell.
All SBC approved Contractors have signed a contractual agreement with
SBC which carries a two year Material and Service Warranty Period.
Any failures as a result of work performed by a Contractor, representing
SBC under this Agreement, will be attended to in the most expeditious manner
possible.
