Dear Ms. Boney:
An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following items need to be resolved prior to September 2, 2005:
1. The street cuts are coming apart. They need to be m-cut and patched in several places.

to correct the deficiencies.
