Dear Keith:
This letter is to supplement our phone conversation on August 2nd regarding the engineering comments
for the project at 412 Bethel Road In our opinion, the existing domestic and sanitary services have
adequate capacity for the proposed use of the existing structure
The site currently drains away from Bethel Road toward the north and the proposed pavement will be
constructed to maintaining this drainage pattern. The project will add approximately 800 SF of additional
paving. When weighed against the overall property area of 55,356 SF, the net increase in impervious
area is 1.44%. In our opinion, this increase will not have a negative impact on downstream properties.
