Dear Ms. Perez:
On July 12, 2005 City Council approved a license agreement with Dallas Area Rapid
Transit (DART) to cross a DART corridor for the proposed construction of a 16-inch
water line within the median of Denton Tap Road. Enclosed are three (3) originals of the
referenced license agreement for execution by an authorized official of Dallas Area Rapid
Transit. Please return one fully executed license agreement for the city's record.
