The City of Coppell received your letter of August 22 containing your proposal to replace the irrigation
controller, and to perform bores for conduit extensions within the referenced project limits.
We will accept your proposal for the bores. Please send a change order for the amount you quoted in your
letter. With regard to the imgation con~'oller, we will provide it at our cost and you will install it at your
cost.
