Keith,
I just wanted to keep you updated. It has not been easy working with Mr.
Odle. The surface level on his backyard has been corrected. I have gone
by there twice and it looks fine. I have spoken to him and he did
confirm that it has been taken care off. He did tell me that he wants
some kind of compensation for his time. At the time that I spoke to him,
he told me that he has not thought about it and will let us know what
that would be. Since then, I have directed Santos to talk to him and see
if it reasonable. Because he hang up on Santos, I celled him. Mr. Odle's
vemion of the situation is different. I asked if I could be on a
three-way call and observe the discussion and settle this matter. He
agreed, but since then, he has been difficult to reach. I just want to
make sure that you know we are working with him in good faith. The delay
in resolving this matter is because of him.

Zinah,
Just an update on Mr. Odle from my last email, after talking to him on
the 12th about his new complaint we went to put some top soil on his
yard on the 13th on Monday the 15th at 8:11 PM I called Mr. Odle to let
him know we had been to his property but did not have a chance to do so
because when I told him who I was he hung up on me.
I know you were able to talk to him on Tuesday the 16th to talk to him
about his yard, the next day on Wednesday at 6:23 I called him again
this time on his cell and told him that you and I had talked and that we
wanted to both be on the phone with him so a final and satisfacto~
solution to the issue, he was ok with that and we left it at that.

On Friday the 19th at 5:47 PM I called him and left him a message that I
would call him again when you were available, he called me back on my
cell on Saturday to let me know that he had received my message and that
it was ok to call him when you could be on the call as well.
Today I called him while I had you on the phone but he was not
available, I left him a message to let me know if 7:00 PM tomorrow would
be ok. Now I am waiting on his call, when I hear from him I will let you
know
