August 30, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room at Town Center.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab
and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative present. If you

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner/owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre-construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner/owner representative's responsibility to notify the following
parties:
· Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
· Geotechnical firm
· Project Engineer
· Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
· SWPPP representative
