Hi, Walter.
Permission is granted by Dallas to install a temporary crossing on
Grapevine Creek in the vicinity of the Irving/Coppell city limit line.
Be sure an SWPPP is developed (assuming the whole operation is greater
than 1 acre in size) and that BMPs are emplaced and maintained. I
believe Coppell or Irving would have enforcement authority over those
activities.

Steve,
We need your approval to install a temporary crossing over Grapevine
Creek near Northlake (see maps). This crossing will be used and
maintained by the contractor during earth moving operations in the
adjoining cities of Coppell and Irving. We tested it for backwater
effects and it has negligible impact. I think that it will be in place
less than a month. The FP permitting associated with the earthmoving
operation was approved by Dallas, Irving, Coppell and FEMA (May 2005) as
a part of CLOMR Case # 04-06-A148R. I think that an OK by email would
be sufficient.
