Please accept this letter as my evidence of my general satisfaction with the development
that has been ongoing for several months in the Hidden Valley Estates.
Mr. Street and the contractors he employed proved to be very willing to assist our family
and other impacted residents during the actual development of the property ensuring as
little disruption in our normal day-to-day affairs as possible. While there were several
issues that developed in the normal course of development requiring immediate attention,
each of these situations were handled as expeditiously as possible. Rodney Louviere with
Dowdy-Anderson was particularly helpful.
The physical development of the street and associated utilities is a great improvement to
our neighborhood. I would like to see some attention given to the new turf area early
next spring to help in leveling this area as it is very rough and somewhat difficult to
maintain compared to the remainder of my lawn.
Finally, I would like to thank you for your efforts in protecting the interests of all of the
property owners impacted by the development. You personally prevented frustrations
from mounting on several occasions and you were always available to meet with any of
the impacted homeowners. Thanks again for your help.
