Casey,
The City of Coppell has adopted the referenced color by City Ordinance.
It is not within the authority of city staff to waive the provisions of
this ordinance. If you wish to pursue this change, I would recommend
going back through the City Council to revise your PD to include a
variance to change the color for this section.

At The Plaza, JDB is requesting to use a different color of
stamped concrete than what is specified in the construction plans. They
would like to use a light copper. Is this acceptable? Do I need to
submit revised plan sheets to you?
