I have received your letter of 8~23~05 and appreciate your consideration in accepting our proposal for
the bores I have already set up the boring contractor for the first of next week
In regards to the irrigation controller I want to make sure that the City will be including a flow meter that
has to go with the controller to monitor the amount of water being used for eaoh station. It is a peckage
deal that goes together to make the controller complete but they are two separate items.
Lastly please accept this as our change order request for the conduit bores in the amount of $
5,40480.
