Dear Mr. Murphy:
The City of Coppell has observed that the irrigation lines have been re-installed in the medians along the
project limits. Please be aware that the project cannot be closed out until the irrigation system is
connected to the controller we offered to you in our recently negotiated change order. The controller is
available for immediate pick up at our Municipal Service Center located at 816 S CoppeI1 Rd.
I urge you to arrange to pick up the controller as soon as possible, as the calendar days are ticking and the
sod you have already laid will not survive without adequate watering. The entire irrigation system must
be connected, operational and inspected in order for the project to be complete. Once this work has been
completed, contact Rick O'Dell to set up a final inspection of the project.
