1 1. Conneclions to existing water lines should be made by dry bore using steel casings.
12. Locate the DDC xaults so that they do not interfere with the placement of side~,valks and
ADA ramps.
13. Installation of the sanitary sewer up to the manhole should be by dry bore. Provide a detail
for the repair of the asphalt removed by sawcut.
14. Provide sanitary sewer profiles.

15. Ensure that the future Bethel Road improvements arc shown correctly in the set. The location
where the "Extent of Future Proposed Pavement" adjoins Freeport Parkway does not appear
to be correct.
16. Provide sidewalk easements to accommodate ADA Ramps. The easements should allow the
connection of the future proposed sidewalk and thc proposed bands of stamped concrete.
Construct the ADA Ramps with this development.
17. The drive approach from Freeport Parkway should be concrete construction according to City
of Coppcll Standard Details.
