Need your expert advice. Spread sheet calls for 15.7% for the efltiml project ( phase A & phase B). I
believe Dallas County should pay on monthly based on 50150 for all eligible costs not to exceed $
1,300,000 less $100,000 for IHPD. Whet do U think ?

I am somewhat confused about how the city is supposed to receive the money. It was my undemtanding
that the 1.3 million would be available up-front for the construction of the project. In the PSA for Phase 'B'
it staMd the money would be available prior fo the construction start se I included that in the PSA for
Phase 'A', Article VIII, Item. No. 3.
The $1.3 million was not based on a 50~50 split but more of a 20~80 split. The original estimated
conMruc'do~ cost of the entire project wes $6,975,000 and 20% of that was $1,395,000. I revised the
e~imated construction amount ($9,252,515) in the PSA for Phase 'A' to agree with the estimated amounts
shown in the Scoping Sheets for both projects. I may need to change that back to $6,975,000.
Are wa now going to have to submit monthly invoices for 20% of all eligible work associated with the
etig~e work?
