,a~lteched are the draft documents for Phase 'A'. We did not have a public meeting for this phase since it
ie mestty commercial / light industrial. There is one subdivision within the project limits - they were invited
to the public mee{ing for Phase 'B' and had input on both phases of the project.
I have revised the Supplemental Agreement, Attachment A, B, and C. I am not sure how or if the MOA
needa to be revised since we did not have the a public meeting specifically for Phase 'A'. Please review
the documents and provide me with any comments you may have.
