paving impro~cn7clatS to streets contained within thc Northlake Woodlands
subdixision. As VOLi tlaaV recall x~c recently completed Phase eno oF what we
anticipated to be a three-phase project to rcsurlk~cc all thc streets xx ithin this area.
I am enclosing an exhibit of the streets under consideration for inclusion in this
phase of the project. Most el'these streets bane concrelc curb and gutter. Some
of this curb and guttc~ will bo replaced by an oulside contractor prior to the
asphalt pavement xxo~k. Thc work xxe xxould be requesting of Dallas County
xxouJd bo milling thc at-ca ad.jaccll[ to lhc COllCrclc gutter, lcvd-up as necessary,
application of a tack coat, and an overlay of al)proximately I ~,5" of new asphalt
paving.

arrangements, thc City has been pleased xvith thc asphalt paxing work you haxc
