RE: Brighton Manor (Falls at Wcstmont) Erosion Control
Dear Mr. Louviere:
Representatives from the City of Coppell observed during a rainfall event today that the
erosion control structures previously installed at the referenced site are now nonexistent.
As a result of this rainfall the streets surrounding Brighton Manor are covered with silt that
is and will be entering thc storm drains in the vicinity. The City is holding a cash erosion
control bond and will not hesitate to use it on an emergency basis to control the massive
erosion and run-offof silt from the subdivision.
It is imperative that yon re-install and maintain your erosion control devices according to
your erosion control plan. Please make the necessary corrections immediately and contact
me when they are complete. If you have any questions, please contact me at (972) 304-
7044.
Sincerely,
Keith Marvin, P.E.
