To Whom It May Concern::
This letter shall serve as a formal request for the release of an Early Grading Permit prior to issuance of
the formal Building Permit. Upon issuance of the Early Grading Permit, Duke Construction will hold the
City of Coppell harmless against any damages due to modifications and changes that may take place
during the formal Building Permit review process. It wi}l be the responsibility of Duke Construction to
make the necessary modifications both in the field and on the drawings per the comments generated by
the City of Coppell. This includes any and all changes to the grading.
