1. Show the "25' x 25' Utility Easement" on the plat as it is shown in the Civil Drawings.
The DDC should be located in the utility easement.
2. Include offsite drainage areas that affect the site. Be advised that the property to the
east is being re-developed.
3. Will there be any fire hydrants or FDC's on the site?
