Pursuant to our conversation of today, I am writing this letter to confirm your statement
that final grading has been performed to satisfy requirements for the LOMR from
FEMA. Now that the finalized data can be submitted to FEMA, it is also your intent to
provide as-built drawings, mylars and electronic drawings on CD in .dwg format to this
office tbr our records. You will provide this information in a timely rammer based on
our conversation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
