Carla,
I know you remember the conversations we've had about the
existing franchise utilities located at The Plaza· Gilco is our paving
contractor on the job. They are preparing to pour the deceleration lane
along State Highway 121. They are trying to create as much cover over
top of the existing conduit on site as possible. Per our approved

construction plans, w.e,,have called out a 10 concrete sechon ove a
as~.~,~lt section over~" of lime stabilized su~grade~Ta~co discussec~='
w~r,~k3son Wee-'i~-the option of construction ~(,~0.~concrete section
over a(.8~asphalt section with no lime subgrade..T~on has agreed to
the moc~'rcation, but I was also asked to check with you for your
approval. Gilco is going to begin construction soon. Please let me
know your opinion on the situation as soon as possible.
