Keith,
Larry Davis and Neal Heckel met in the field today to
discuss a revised paving section at the entrance of Plaza Boulevard off
of State Highway 121. I have attached an exhibit showing the requested
change. Due to the existing franchise utility depths, we would like to
revise the base from 6" of lime stabilized subgrade to 4" of hot mix
asphalt. This will minimize the impact on the existing franchise
utilities. Gilco would like to pour the asphalt on Thursday. Please
let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
