Last week Michelle Sicldes, principal-of The Dinner Station, signed a multi-year lease for
space in our Coppell Cros~inE Shopping Center. We are hoping that The Dinner Station
will create some much needed leasing synergy wiihln the center.
The Dinner Station concept is a very cxcit4nE one. While they obviously deal with food
products, their pi~mary mission is s teaching/classroom environmenL There is absolutely
no on-site food consumption nor is there any on-site cooking: Their mission is strictly
food assembly...not ]mllke a store like Sur La Table which offers cooldng classes v, dth
attend~ participmion~ It is not a restaurant
We are thrined that Michelle SicMes chose Coppell Crossing Shopping Center. I am
certain that Coppeil will find Ms. Sickles to be one of their shining retail stars.
We am hopeful thal Miehelle Sickles is the ~ of many retailers yet to come to your
community.
