RE: Letter Dated November 8, 1993
Dear Ms. Zacharias:
Our response to your request of November §, 1993, regarding the abandonment of the MFM
meter on the east side of the ministorage facility located at 810 Denton Tap Road, was
inadvertently held up.
The purpose of two meters for this facility is to have an interior fire system for fire
protection and have a loop tbr that system. The Fire Department would have to be willing to
sign off on having just one meter for that facility.
It is necessary for you to
al
£
conJg~he City's Fire Marshal. Troy Glidewell, and request
lproval from the Fire De~rtmen~ allowing a one-way feed for water supply to your facility.
nce you have obtained/file Fir~ ~bepartment's approval, this task could be accomplished.

Dear Mr. Pafford:
Thank you for sending Larry Smith to meet with me yesterday,
regarding the questions we had about the high consumption of water
at our 810 Denton Tap Road facility.
We determined there are two vaults located on the property,
with three meters in each vault; a low, a high and a fire. We
would like to have the meters turned off or removed from the back
vault, since their usage would only be on "rare" occasions.
That's a billing of $75.00 a month which serves no purpose for us.
We are monitoring the usage of the front vault to determine
if we have suspicion of a leak. Our other properties this size
and/or larger use anywhere from 15,000 to 18,000 cubic feet of
water a month. So that's what we would expect the use to be on
Denton Tap Road.
I appreciate your consideration.
Sincerely,
