On June 14, 1988, during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting,
a permit request by the Worthing Companies to allow the operation of
an on-site management residence, was denied (3-Z) by the Council. Mr.
Joe Beard telephoned me on June 15, 1988, to request that the item be
placed on the June Z8, 1988 City Council agenda for further consideration.
Larry Jackson, City Attorney, has stated that a majority vote on both
the consideration and reconsideration of these items would determine
approval or denial.
