An inspection of the referenced project was conducted recently by representatives of the City of
Coppell. The following item needs to be repaired immediately:
The drive approach to the elevated water storage tank has standing, water in the
gutter at the east returt~
According to the maintenance bond covering this work, deficiencies must be corrected in a timely
manner and in accordance with City of Coppell inspection standards. Please contact me at 972-304-
