An inspection of the referenced project was conducted recently by representatives of the City of
Coppell. The following items need to be repaired immediately:
1. Settling of inlets
2. Damage to inlet throats
According to the maintenance bond covering this work, the deficiencies must be corrected in a timely
manner and in accordance with City of Coppell inspection standards. Please contact me at 972-304-
