HISTORY: A preliminary plat was approved by the City Council on May 11, 1993. TRANSPORTATION: This property is bound by Moore Road, which is a C2U and is just a few hundred feet north of Sandy Lake Road, a C4D. Sandy Lake Road is presently a two-lane substandard asphalt roadway, with future plans for a four-lane divided roadway contained within a 110' right-of-way.
