for East Beltline Waterline
A walk thru was conducted on the above referenced project this
morning and the following items were found to be deficient.

Abandoned old 2" service at main with all stainless
steel clamp.
Paint fire hydrant blue and silver.
Install 2" blow off at end of main in place of 3/4"
blow off.
Paint W on curb for water service, V for valve, FHV for
fire hydrant valve, ARV for air relief valve. All
letters should be blue and stenciled.
Please ensure that these items are corrected prior to final
acceptance of this project.
