Thank you for bringing your concerns to the City's attention regarding
damage to your property. I have looked into this issue, and found that
the work was done by Verizon as an upgrade to your neighbors
telecommunication system. No work was done within this area by any City
of Coppell personnel within this time period.
I have contacted Mr. Jason Penny of Verizon regarding this damage. I
will be meeting him this afternoon to discuss your concern and what he
needs to do to remedy the situation. I will have Mr. Penny follow up
with you on when they will make the necessary repairs.

To the City Council and Mayor,
My name is Joanna Meyer and I live at 965 Tupelo Drive Coppell, Texas. I
would like to make a complaint against the City for damage done to my
grass and property due to city maintenance. When I came home last week
and this week, I noticed city trucks parked behind my house conducting
some type of maintenance work. I noticed that my driveway is now damaged
and my grass has been run over and died. I have attached pictures
showing the tire marks along with the damage done to my property. To
resolve the problem, I would like the city to repair the damage to my
property and grass.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I have been a
satisfied resident in your city for years and this is the first time I
