Dear Mr. Bowman:
Unfortunately you were not available to answer, or return, my call last Friday, September
15, 2000 while I had Ricky Main in my office to answer any concerns about the claims
you sent and discuss the handling of future claims, if any.
While we are certain that you meant well by submitting the claims directly to The St.
Paul and informing the claimants that they would be handling their claims; you have
misinformed them and needlessly slowed the process.
Ed Bell Construction Company is Additional Insured on M-Co's Insurance and we are
working with Alford and Ricky Main of M-Co to ensure that the claims are handled
according to contract. The claims have been submitted to M-Co's insurance for handling.
I truly regret that you failed to contact me prior to acting on these claims. If you truly
wish to help expedite the process and keep the claimants informed; please refer them to
the proper entity.
