Walk Through for Bethel School Road/Harris Street
on 11/19/92
Staff performed a preliminary walk through on this project today.
The following deficiencies were found:
1. Bethel School at Harris intersection; S.W.A.D.A. ramp has a
birdbath.
2. Harris Street - Random crack running east and west/route and
seal.
3. Route and seal all header joints at the curb.
4. Drop inlets need to be sealed - Ail.
5. Harris/Bethel School @ N.W. corner; existing curb was
damaged and needs to be replaced.
Please make sure that the contractor gets a copy of this punch list
and that you provide me with a 24 hour notice to check on the
completion of these items.
