In the original development fee assessment, the project was assessed at 41 lots. However, the plat was later modified to 40 lots and the developer had paid the original assessment fee. Mr. House is asking that the city use the fee collected for the 41st lot in place of the 5/8" x 3/4" irrigation meter impact fee. I informed Mr. House that I did not have a problem with this and that the developer was actually still due a reimbursement for the wastewater impact and the park fee on the 41st lot not in the modified plat. By copy of this memorandum I am informing Carolyn Bebermeyer of this so that she may proceed with this reimbursement totalling $497.00. (Wastewater Impact $422.00 and 50% Park Fee at $75.00). Please pass this information on to the developer so they may proceed with the closing of their project. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise. HLP/sm cc: Steven G.
