The following items were found to be deficient on this project:
- Intersection Brock/Lynn Crt. header needs route and sealed
by street light.
Clean up trash in all
Check all curb joints,
inlets.
seal as needed.
Random cracks by lamp post in cul-de-sac (Melinda Crt.).
Random cracks Melinda Crt. second house on left.
All streets need to be swept clean and all debris needs to
be picked up.
Please make sure that the contractor receives a copy of this punch
list for his use. Once the items are completed, contact me for a
follow-up. Please allow for 24 hour response.
