Big Cedar-CS 920505L NDSCAPE CONSULTANTS May 5, 1992 Mr. Ben Dela Cruz The City of Coppell 732 De Forest Road P.O. Box 478 Coppe11, Texas 75019 RE: Big Cedar Addition Landscaping, Park Path & Entry Feature Dear Mr. Dela Cruz: Attached are our revisions for the above referenced project, based on the City's comments of April 3, 1992. Also, your "red line" set has been returned as requested. We have deleted the grass block from the private drive from this phase of construction. Matthews Southwest will install this item when Harris Street is improved. We have included our irrigation design which includes the freeze sensor, surge protection device and a rain sensor. Two of these items are required per my conversation of April T, 1992 with Mr. Rick Wieland. Goodwin & Marshall Engineers have reviewed the footings for the stone walls at the entry feature. The engineer has assured us that the footing are more than adequate to support the walls designed. Please feel free to call Goodwin & Marshall if you require verification on this item. Mr. Greg Jones had noted this as an item on the drawings. We respectfully request that the City of Coppell approve the revised plans at this time. We are aware of both permit fees (signs and irrigation) and will gladly comply with the permit requirements prior to construction. Sincerely, Michael S.
