I spoke with Richard Wagle regarding this issue and he asked me to
speak with Floyd Key (contractor) and let him know what needs to be
done to accomplish this task.
I will speak with M_r. Key and inform him that a 2" tap with copper
riser would be required. Then he would have to put up a deposit on
a construction meter to tie to the 2" riser.
