Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $47,829.36 plus 2% of the construction cost, and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Assistant Finance Director, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment List. In addition, please provide our office with a copy of your Engineer's estimate for this project or contract amount for verification of the construction inspection fee. Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office and to Shimek, Jacobs & Finklea, Attn: Mr. Gary C. Hendricks. Wastewater Impact Fee: 41 - 5/8" x 3/4" Domestic Meter/s = 4__1ESU's ~ $422.00 = $17,302.00 100% due prior to Council approval of final plat. * Note: If property to be developed is in the Coppell Municipal Utility District %1 this fee shall be assessed, but shall not be collected until such time as an interlocal agreement is made between the City and MUD. Water Tap Inspection Fee 41 Connections ~ $100.00 each = $4,100.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. Park Fee 41 Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $6,150.00 Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer; prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
