1) Indicate current zoning of the site.
2) Show current zoning of property located within 200 feet of the site.
3) Provided detailed legal description of the property.
4) Where will the single-thmily residence will he located on the property and where will access to
DeForest Rd. be located'?
Applicant should be aware that the zoning ordinance calls for a minimum dwelling size of
2,400 square feet and a maximum lot coverage of 10% (the combined area of the
main buildings and accessory buildings).
5) Show sewer and electric lines, easements, if any.
6) Indicate floodplain.
7) Provide dimensions ot all existing huildings on site.
8) After reviewing staff recommendatiuns provided at the DRC meeting, submit twenty-six (26)
tblded copies three (3) reduced paper copies and one (l) transparency of each exhibit to the
Planning Department prior to noon, Tuesday, Angnst 9, 1994.
