Walk-Through for Blooming Colors
Water Utilities staff performed a walk through of the above
referenced project. The items listed below were found to be
deficient:
Fire Hydrant Valve Cap needs painted red and mainline valve
cap needs to be painted blue.

Need a blue fire hydrant marker placed in eastbound lane of
Beltline Road.
Galvanized piping between 3/4" meter setter and double check
needs replaced with bronze fittings and piping.
White rock in 3/4" meter can needs to be dug out to below
bottom of setter.
Raise sanitary cleanout to the grade of the top culvert wall
and grout inside and out and pour a pad. Fill in and around
with dirt.
Mark all valves and sanitary sewer on curb on Beltline;i.e.,
V for valve in blue, c/o for cleanout in red, and W for
water in blue. All letters should be stenciled 2" letters.
Replace 2" meter lids for 2" meter just east of property.
They were damaged by this project. The boxes also need to
be raised.
Please have someone contact me when these items have been
corrected. Also, please ensure that each of these items is
corrected prior to acceptance of this project.
