RE: WATER AND SEWER FEES ASSESSED DURING THE DEVELOPMENT
OF BLOOMING COLORS NURSERY ADDITION
Dear Mr. Pafford:
I am in the process of developing two (2) acres of land on
the south side of Beltline Road approximately 1500 feet east
of the MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road intersection.
I own 102 feet of frontage in which I understand I am
responsible for extending a 12" water main and an 8"
sanitary sewer to the east side of my property. I am
currently planning to have a 1" domestic water tap reducing
to a 3/4" water meter, a 1 1/2" irrigation tap with a 1 1/2"
water meter and a 4" sanitary sewer tap.
I would like to find out the fee amount and time the fee is
due for all city impact fees, water tap costs, meter fees
and any other costs. I would sincerely appreciate any
information you can provide. If you need further
