Your plans for the aforementioned new establishment have been reviewed by this office.
The following areas were not clear using the plans that were submitted, and further
clarification will be necessary on your part:

1.) The connection between the mop sink and the sanitary sewer needs to be shown.
2.) Do the pits have drains, and if so, where do they lead to?
3.)
A grease trap and sand trap are shown on the plans. A grease trap is required with a
ininimum capacity of 750 gallons.
4.)
Is there a plumbing lockout system in case the oil collection system fails, or leaks, so
oil can not travel to the sanitary sewer?
At your earliest convenience please resubmit plans that will define these areas in more detail.
