Dear Ms. Vaughn:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along wkh a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of $461.70 and forward to
the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a portion of
the assessed fees that need to bc paid prior to filing of the final plat.
This fee is based on the additional impact to city facilities based on the change from a single-family
residence to an office use. The amount owed is equal to thc calculated impact for an office building of this
size less the calculated amount for one single family home. Since there is no plan to change any of the
utilities, there are no utility impact fees due. If an additional irrigation meter is installed with this project,
that will constitute an impact to the system, and appropriate fees would need to be paid.
