It is our understanding that an erosion control maintenance bond or deposit
is required for our Chautauqua Place subdivision, and further that such deposit
is based on the full cost of such improvements and is required for two years.
Our cost for erosion control was $1,350.00 for both materials and services
provided by MJH Landscape, and a deposit of that amount is provided
herewith.
It is our understanding that upon build-out of the subdivision, or upon the
passing of two years from the date of this letter, whichever is earlier, we will be
refunded the full amount of this deposit unless some or ail has been required
by the City for repair or replacements of the referenced erosion control
improvements.
