RE:
Follow Up Walk Through - Chataqua
Staff performed a follow up walk through on this project today
and found the following items deficient;
- Ponding still exist in eyebrow - correct
- Seal random crack second entrance first panel;
add an additional joint in this panel as well
- Barricade incomplete median till such time that the
landscaping is completed.
If the Developer can send a letter of intent to complete these
items, I will give a temporary release. Once completed, staff
reserves the right to walk the project once more and note any
additional deficiencies. If these are not in good order the
project will be put on hold till such time the necessary
corrections are made. If the project meets the standards
established by the City a letter of acceptance will be submitted
by this office to Engineering.
