Walk-through Punchlist for Chatagua Place
Water/Sanitary Sewer
A punch list walk-through was conducted on the above
referenced project this morning and the following
it~ remain deficient.
Second Fire Hydrant and Valve. The hydrant has a
leak in its main valve and can't see if stack was
replaced due to stack being full of water.
Bethel School & Dakota - These valve stacks were
replaced, but need to be reset. Can't get on Valve
Nut.
Sra. 5+44.46 - can't see clean out to verify
correction covered with debri.
Please insure each of these items are corrected prior
to acceptance of project.

This morning a walk-through was conducted on the above referenced
project by Utilities field personnel. The following items were
found deficient on this project.
Sra. 0+00 - Manhole ring needs regrouting
Bethel School and Harris -
The mainline valve stack needs replacing.
The fire hydrant valve stacks needs replacing.
Sra. 1+32.00 - Remove wood from under manhole ring and
regrout.
