RE~ Water and Sanitary Sewer Availability to Serve Proposed
Chautauqua Place Subdivision, City of Coppell, Texas
Dear Mr. Houses
As requested I have reviewed the City of Cop~ell Water Distribution
and Sanitary Sewer Collection System Plan to ascertain that service
is available to serve the above referenced property.
There are water facilities available on Harris Road (8" Water) and
Bethel School (12" Water). There is also an existing 8" sanitary
sewer on Bethel School and Harris Road.
